SYRMATECH offers glass transponders and ceramic boluses for use in the field of animal identification. The glass transponders are usually injected into the neck of domestic animals. In the area of cattle breeding, the transponder is placed in the form of a bolus in the stomach of the cattle, where it is safe from excretion, or in the form of a special injection-molded housing as a so-called ear clip in the ear of the cattle.
