HF/NFC technology is based on 13.56 MHz and uses the ISO15693 or ISO14443 protocols. Depending on the application, HF/NFC tags or transponders can be divided into so-called hard transponders and RFID inlays. Hard transponders consist of a ferrite with coil and chip or an air coil with chip. The so-called inlays consist of a copper or aluminum antenna etched onto PET, on whose conductor track the RFID chip is applied using flip-chip technology.
